Our race bodywork is manufactured
in the UK by skilled and experienced laminators,
using only the very highest quality materials. These
body panels have been developed to meet the exacting
demands of the racing
community and represent an outstanding range of performance bodywork.
These bodywork panels are hand-made to close
tolerances that ensure a perfect fit, and sculpted
for maximum aerodynamic efficiency, minimising
turbulence and offering optimal stability at speed.
Top quality fibreglass body panels
Manufactured in
fibreglass using 200gm woven cloth, laid up on a
cured gel
coat for a superior, smooth, clean finish, these
panels also feature high-strength reinforced
mounting points. Bodywork comes fully drilled and is
supplied with Dzus 1/4-turn fasteners.
Fibreglass provides clear advantages over cheaper
moulded/ABS plastics. It's lighter, tougher, and
offers the best balance of strength plus flexibility
where it's needed. It's also far easier to repair.
All race bodywork is fully compliant with the
requirements of ACU regulations concerning oil
containment.
All our motorcycle fairing panels and seat units are supplied in a white gel finish
ready for painting. JHS can also arrange painting and finishing of race
bodywork to your specifications - please contact us
